Rico, Roy, and Dot are going to Orange Academy to take "Terrastar Training" in order to learn Terrastar! At the school, they meet Principal Clavel, Chairman Omodaka, and the Four Heavenly Kings of Paldea: Chili, Poppy, Aoki, and Hassaku... The adventure of these three, aiming for their Terrastar debut, begins in the Paldea region!

Riko and Nyarote, with all their hearts
For Riko's TerraStal training and basic test, Riko, Roy, and Dot head to the gym leader of Cercle Town, Kaede! They safely arrive at "Patisserie Mukuroji" where Kaede works, but Explorers member Sango also shows up, and for some reason, a sweets-making competition ensues!? What will become of Riko and Nyarote's TerraStal training...?

Shine! The sparkle of fire and art
Roy's opponent for the Terrastar training basic test is Corsa! Roy is eager to battle, but the Arts Festival is being held in Bowltown, and Corsa is busy with preparations, so the training is put on hold. Just then, Nemo happens to pass by and invites Roy to battle. After watching the two battle, Corsa seems to have some thoughts about Roy's fighting style...?

Dot and Gurumin
Following Rico and Roy, Dot is the last to take the basic test. His assigned Gym Leader, Nanjamo, tells him that the test will be broadcast live on "Donnamonja TV." During a rehearsal for the filming, Dot battles Roy, but he gets so nervous in front of the camera that he can't coordinate properly with Quass...!?

Shine on the Terrastar! Dance, Dance, Quasce!!
Dot and Quass are finally facing Nanjamo in their basic test! They've studied Nanjamo's battles beforehand and devised a strategy, so they thought they were all set... but they struggle against Harabari, a Pokémon with a type disadvantage. And then an unexpected incident occurs...? Will Dot be able to pass the test successfully?!

Spiky Nyarote!? The Mysterious Flower Pillar
Riko, Roy, and Dot observe wild Pokémon and gather information to find material for their report. Riko hears about a mysterious phenomenon called "flower pillars" from Dot. It's rumored that "those who see a flower pillar will be blessed with happiness"...! To write her report, Riko decides to search for flower pillars with Nyarote. However, for some reason, Nyarote is in a bad mood...!?

Kaiden, Strong Wind Warning!
Rico, Roy, and Dot continue observing wild Pokémon for their report. Kaiden gets frustrated with his inability to fly properly in strong winds and ends up arguing with Hogeta... At night, Kaiden sneaks out of the tent to practice flying. Roy and Hogeta notice Kaiden's absence and go looking for him, but a shadow creeps closer...?

Mibrim and the Otherworldly Beings
Rico and her friends venture into the forest to search for the "otherworldly being" that Roy heard about from a mysterious figure. As they cautiously make their way through, they encounter a trio who look exactly like Rico, Roy, and Dot! It seems these trainers have also encountered the "otherworldly being"... What exactly is the true identity of this "otherworldly being"?!

Eternal Blessing
Having finished their basic tests, Rico and her friends return to Orange Academy. On their way back, they run into Ann, and they decide to go home together! Meanwhile, Fried is searching for the mystery of Terrapagos by reading Lucius's journal and the adventures of Rico's grandmother, Diana. Fried heads to a certain company, believing he might find a clue to the secret of Terrapagos...

Showdown! The Four Heavenly Kings of Paldea
Rico, Roy, and Dot return to Orange Academy. After completing their basic tests, the three are greeted with a friendly battle against the Paldea Elite Four! They will each team up with the Gym Leader who supervised their basic tests and battle the Elite Four. Roy & Korsa VS Hassaku! Dot & Nanjamo VS Poppy! Who will be the winner of these nail-biting battles?!

Rico vs. Chili! Beyond the Battle
The final match of the interleague series is Rico & Kaede VS Chili! Rico is nervous about facing Chili, one of the Four Heavenly Kings... How will she and Nyarote fare against such a formidable opponent?! Meanwhile, Dot heads to the school building looking for the lost Terrapagos. There, he meets Button, another student attending Orange Academy...!

The Terrapagos I Don't Know
Rico and the others, accompanied by Freed, visit Clavel and Omodaka, who share information about Terrapagos. However, it seems Omodaka and the others know nothing about the "ancient adventurer" and "Lacua"... "He might know more," they say, introducing them to Lehol, a history teacher at Orange Academy...!?

Is Dodogazon the mascot Pokémon!?
Riko and her friends arrive in Champloo Town for a test of their dot-based skills. They decide to eat at a run-down diner called "Anything Diner." However, the nearby Treasure Diner is so popular that the Anything Diner is practically empty, and even their mascot Pokémon, Dodogezan, isn't doing a good job of attracting customers... So, Riko and her friends decide to help out at the Anything Diner!?

Dance Quass! The Azure Champloo Step!!
Dot's TerraStal training and advanced test have finally begun! His opponent is Aoki, the Gym Leader of Champloo Town. Unlike the basic test, the advanced test requires the use of two Pokémon... Can Dot, working together with Quass and Kanuchan, successfully pass the test?!

First Snow! Hohoge!!
Rico and her friends, heading to Fridgetown for Roy's application test, arrive at Mt. Nappe. Roy and Hogeta are overjoyed to see snow for the first time! Enjoying their interactions with the many Pokémon living on Mt. Nappe, the group decides to rest for the night in a mountain hut. Roy and Hogeta go to look for firewood for their campfire, but get separated in the snow...!?

Resonate, Soul! A Challenge to Lime
Rico and the others arrive in Fridgetown. Roy's opponent for his advanced test is Gym Leader Rhyme, who is also a super-famous rapper! To battle her, he needs to make a surprise appearance at her live performance!? Roy, along with Hogeta and Taikaiden, confidently takes on the challenge, but Soulful Beat Rhyme bares her fangs at him!

Hogeta and My Song
Roy is devastated when Rhyme tells him he failed the applied test. However, after hearing Nemo's suggestion, he decides to undergo intense training and try again against Rhyme. While training, Roy searches for clues to victory and remembers something Rhyme said: "Why do you and Hogeta sing?" What does that question mean...? Will Roy and Hogeta be able to get their revenge on Rhyme?!

The Ice Battle! Grusha with Cold Eyes
It's finally Rico's turn for her advanced test. To challenge Grusha, Rico and her friends visit the Nappe Mountain Gym. While waiting for their test, they stop by the "Arukujira Sliding" shop and hear about Grusha's past from the owner... Grusha is renowned as the strongest Gym Leader in the Paldea region. His power is about to be unleashed upon Rico, Nyarote, and Tebrim!

Mount Nappe, the creeping shadow
After his battle with Grusha, Rico is dejected when he fails his applied test. To cheer him up, Roy and Dot invite him to the summit of Mount Nappe, the highest peak in Paldea and one of the "Ten Scenic Views of Paldea." Meanwhile, Spinel of the Explorers is watching over them...

Rico and Amegio
Thanks to Explorers Spinel's machinations, Rico and Amethyst are trapped in a cave on Mount Nappe. Meanwhile, Roy and Dot are in grave danger as Coral and Onyx stand in their way! What exactly is Spinel's objective...? And Rico hears a certain thought from Amethyst.

System Intrusion! Orange Academy in Crisis!!
Having completed their training at Terrastar, Riko and the others return to Orange Academy. To deepen their camaraderie, the trainees decide to have a battle. The Gym Leaders also come to the academy, making the venue incredibly lively! Just then, Dot receives a call on his Rotom Phone from Button... Behind the scenes of the trainee battle, a certain plan is set in motion!?

Shine, Terrastar! Rico vs. Roy!!
Having saved Orange Academy from crisis, Riko is once again informed that she has passed the advanced test. But who will be her opponent in the trainee battle? None other than Roy!? Since meeting, Riko and Roy, along with Nyarote and Hogeta, have helped and encouraged each other, growing together. With the Elite Four and Gym Leaders watching, a battle that will put everything they've experienced so far on the line begins!!

To a New Sky! Brave Asagi!!
Having completed their training at Terrastar, Rico and the others board the revived Brave Asagi and set off once again on their journey to find the Six Heroes Pokémon! As Rico and the others rejoice at being reunited with the Rising Volteckers members and their Pokémon, Freed returns the "Ancient Monster Ball" that he had been keeping for them. Suddenly, the Six Heroes appear from within, and Rico, Roy, and Dot find themselves battling the Six Heroes!?

I'm a Pokémon, and you're me!?
The Rising Volteckers arrive in Kitakami Village to meet Briar, who is researching Terrapagos. A harvest festival is being held in the village, so they decide to participate! Freed is intrigued by the girl Zeiyu, whom he meets at the festival, and her Yabasocha. Roy and Achigeta touch a certain machine at a stall. Suddenly, their bodies are swapped...!?

Kanuchan's hammer wasn't made in a day
Rico and his friends climb the mountain, heading towards Terrace Pond where Briar is said to reside. Along the way, Kanuchan is delighted to find some good iron and begins hammering. Dot is moved to tears as he notices that Kanuchan's hammer has grown considerably. Suddenly, a wild bird appears and takes Kanuchan's iron away...!?

An Encounter at Terasu Pond
When Rico and his friends reach Terra Pond, they find Briar. Briar is thrilled to see Terrapagos, the tortoise Rico is carrying! When they ask her about Terrapagos, she pulls out the Scarlet Book and begins to tell a story. It is about her ancestor Heather's adventure in Area Zero, the Great Hole of Paldea...

Tracking! Find Basagiri!!
A photograph taken by Sazare, whom they met in Kitakami Village, turns out to be a picture of Basagiri! Hearing that the photo was taken on Tengu Mountain, Riko and her friends begin searching for Basagiri there with Sazare. However, they are attacked by wild Pokémon and all get separated... Will they be able to find Basagiri, one of the Six Heroes?!

Basagiri, the Solitary Warrior
Finally, Basagiri of the Six Heroes makes his appearance! Furthermore, Lapras pops out of an ancient Poké Ball. What is the relationship between the two...? And as if testing Rico and his friends' strength, Basagiri challenges them to a battle! Basagiri's skills have been honed to perfection. Will Rico and his friends' full power be enough to defeat him!?

The Three Explorers
Rico's grandmother, Diana, has returned to the ship. To check on Rico's growth, Diana and Windy will battle him...!? And Diana reveals a new secret about Lucius that she uncovered while traveling around the world... It concerns the connection between Lucius and the Explorers, and the three adventurers who created the Explorers...!

The Entrusted Future, the Radiance of This World
When Rico and his friends visit Terasu Pond again, they encounter Ristal. Ristal recounts the adventures of the Explorers of the past. How did the three of them, who were aiming for the paradise of Lacua, meet? And what did they see in Lacua? Now, transcending time, the untold adventure of 100 years ago is revealed!

Is that so? Yes, it is!
In order to find Entei's whereabouts, Riko and her friends meet a man named Sodayo, introduced to them by Freed. They land on the savanna, but are immediately attacked by a Riki Giraffe! Suddenly, a man claiming to be a "true Pokémon journalist," Sodayo, appears. Could he have been a member of the Rising Volteckers in the past?!

Landau Returns Home
Riko and her friends arrive in Asagi City, Landau's hometown. There, they meet Mamoru, a fishing boat operator and a huge fan of the legendary movie star Ginjirou. Mamoru talks passionately about the "VS Sharpedo" series in which Ginjirou starred! Ginjirou looks somewhat similar to Mighty G, the sea hero they encountered before...?

Fierce Battle with Entei! The Roar of Fire!!
Based on reports of Entei sightings, Riko and her friends arrive at the archipelago. They search the area but can't find any clues. That night, a roar suddenly echoes through the archipelago! Then, land rises from the sea, and lava erupts...! Finally, the legendary Pokémon Entei appears! The fiery battle with Entei is about to begin!!

Over the Top
Seeking more information about Entei, Riko and her friends return to the Paldea region and go to meet Omodaka, the Pokémon League Chairman. They ask for permission to enter Area Zero, the great chasm of Paldea, but Omodaka's condition is that they must defeat her in a Pokémon battle...! Riko, Roy, and Dot VS Omodaka! How will the three of them take on the top champion?!

A Super Cool Pokémon in Area Zero!?
Riko and her friends arrive at Area Zero, where Entei was sighted. Together with Briar, they head to the spot where Entei was seen. Meanwhile, Sango, who is tailing Riko and her friends, encounters a Jigglypuff with a strange appearance...! And to fight against the enraged Paradox Pokémon, Idyna Fang, they decide to team up...!?

The Great Battle! Flames that Pierce the Earth
In Area Zero, Riko and her friends discover Entei! However, it seems somehow different from a normal Entei... Riko, Roy, and Dot challenge it to a battle with the help of Freed, but even moves that should be effective against a fire-type Entei aren't working very well!? What could be the reason...? Will Riko and her friends be able to defeat Entei...?

Beyond the Shining Rainbow
The black Rayquaza reappears before Rico and Roy! Determined to gain Rayquaza's approval, they all challenge it to a battle! They employ coordinated tactics, making the most of the terrain, but are gradually cornered by Rayquaza's overwhelming power... Rico's wish, Roy's feelings—what awaits them at the end of this fierce battle against the last of the Six Heroes?!

The Truth Revealed? Amegio's Determination!
Led by Rayquaza, Riko and her friends head towards Rakua. Meanwhile, Amegio, who has infiltrated Exceed Corporation to investigate Spinel's scheme, is discovered and captured by security guards. Then, a certain person appears...? Amegio learns about the 100-year-old feud between his grandfather Gibeon and Lucius... What decision will he make?!

Where Heaven and Earth Meet
Led by Rayquaza, Riko and her friends arrive at a towering mountain. In Kumuri Town at its foot, they begin their investigation into Rakua. However, a boy they meet in town, Yuha, tells them to "get out of town!" It seems there's a legend in the town that "disaster will befall anyone who sees a black Rayquaza"...!?

Arrival! Rakua Paradise
Riko and her friends finally reach Rakua, located at the summit of Mount Kumuri. There, they are greeted by a paradise-like scene of abundant nature and countless wild Pokémon living peacefully! Overwhelmed by the sight, they begin their search to find traces of Lucius from 100 years ago. However, a certain Pokémon is watching over them…

Rising Volteckers VS Explorers!
In the heart of Laqua, Pagogo is deactivating the barrier he himself erected 100 years ago. Suddenly, the Explorers appear. They had been waiting for the barrier to be deactivated in order to obtain the Lacrium...! Freed VS Spinel, Rico VS Onyx, Roy VS Coral, Dot VS Agate—the decisive battle for the Lacrium begins in Laqua!

The Guidance of the Black Rayquaza
Gibeon attempts to use Zygarde to excavate Lacrium. Just then, Amegio appears before Gibeon. What words does Amegio speak to his grandfather...? Meanwhile, Riko and the others, having witnessed the overflowing energy, also rush to the scene. Riko and the others try to stop the mining of Lacrium. At that moment, the Lacrium crystal shatters, and what appears from within is—!?

The White Zygarde of Tremendous Earthquake
Standing before the Lacrima crystal, Rico and his friends confront Gibeon! Against the formidable Zygarde, whose overwhelming strength makes it difficult to even approach, Rico, Roy, Dot, and even Amegio join forces in a fierce battle! As the four of them fight together, they gradually find an opening and close in on Zygarde, but...

Beyond the Adventure
Finally, with the combined power of Pagogo and the Six Heroes, they succeeded in purifying Lacrium. Just when they thought it was all over, Spinel suddenly declared that he would "take over Laqua." He uses a certain method to make the Six Heroes go berserk... Rico and his friends try to escape from Laqua, which is collapsing under the rampaging Six Heroes. What awaits Rico and Roy at the end of their adventure towards Laqua?!
