Episodes

Episode 1
The first episode sees officers responding to a car driving into someone's garden, a woman who claims to have taken an overdose, and a distressed mother who has been attacked by her daughter. Elsewhere, an undercover prepares to bring a prostitution ring to justice, and an investigation crossing county lines requires detectives to contact the crown prosecution service and try and demonstrate they have enough evidence to convict their suspects.

Episode 2
A unit is dispatched to track down a woman threatening to kill herself, while a three-month investigation into an organised crime group has ended in the arrest of a suspect. Officers respond to a call from the parents of a 10-year-old boy who is missing after climbing out of a window, with Derbyshire Police treating it as a high-priority incident.

Episode 3
Officers attending a notorious pub where a man has been found with facial wounds following an assault, but none of the customers admit to having seen anything or want to talk about what happened, so CCTV footage is analysed to try to piece together the case. Meanwhile, police are dispatched by a call handler when a woman reports she is being threatened in her car by four men in balaclavas.

Episode 4
Officers search for a man reported missing by his partner, while detectives question a man who is alleged to have been grooming a 14-year-old boy. Back at Comms HQ, the force incident manager coordinates a response to assist a teenager who has been stabbed, and armed officers are sent to search and arrest the suspects at their premises, where they also discover a cannabis factory.
