Powers is about two teens with special powers who solve mysteries about strange occurences. Mark has the ability to read minds, while Song Li has the ability to read feelings. They are in a project run by Professor Henry Powers, who experiments with kids with special powers like the ones Mark and Song Li have. The professor's first experiment was Dr. Mary Holland, who helps Mark and Song Li solve the mysteries with Professor Powers.
