Episode 1
Jon Almaas has invited doctor Hege Brinch to talk about how to solve sleep problems. In "Vi legger'n død" we get the answer to whether it is so dangerous not to have the mobile phone in flight mode when flying, and co-hosts Magnus Devold and Kristine Grændsen will try to split a boulder in two the old-fashioned way.

Episode 2
Professor at the Norwegian Sports Academy Eystein Enoksen offers smart tips for getting started with running. Jon visits Ezinne Okparaebo at Bislett Stadion together with Sigurd Sollien to refine his technique. In addition, you will get the answer to whether you should not charge an electric car more than 80%. And does Jon find something he can poke at at Kristine Grændsen's house?
