Nora Kaminski comes from the Ruhr area and was a doctor on a luxury cruise ship. After a heart patient a sexual enhancer is said to have sold under the hand, it is provisionally granted leave from their employer and civilly sued by the family of the deceased patients. Her lawyer has previously arranged for a criminal case against Kaminski to be closed. The doctor comes to the practice of her college friend Dr. Richard Freese on Rügenunder.
