Carol Vorderman and Ashley Banjo host the annual award ceremony which honours and celebrates the nation's unsung heroes, featuring awe-inspiring stories of bravery, selflessness, phenomenal fundraising feats and plenty of surprises and emotional moments. Famous faces including Ant and Dec, David Beckham, Alison Hammond, Michael Sheen, Aitch, Holly Willoughby, Sir Trevor McDonald, Kathryn Ryan, James Arthur and Kieran Trippier will also be in attendance to pay tribute to ordinary members of the public who have done truly extraordinary things.
