Katie Derham presents the weekly companion guide to the Proms season. This week's sofa guests are violinist Joshua Bell, ahead of his Prom performance, soprano Nadine Benjamin and cellist/singer Ayanna Witter-Johnson, who take on Brahms and New York disco.

Katie Derham and guests discuss Mozart's Clarinet Concerto, Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsodies and a world premiere by singer-songwriter Laura Mvula. David Owen Norris offers another Chord of the Week and there is an exclusive performance by Chineke! quartet.

Marshals stars Luke Grimes reprising his role as Kayce Dutton.
