Tiny House Switcheroo
A couple's starter home was perfect a decade ago but with three kids and an in-home daycare, it's now bursting at the seams. They're more than ready to move but first they've got to overhaul their confused floor plan and kid-centric interiors. Jonathan sets out to reconfigure the entire main floor and is determined to make the tiny home look like a million bucks. Meanwhile, compromise proves essential as the couple's ambitious wish list gets a reality check.

Moving Onward and Upward

Historic Heritage Home
A couple wants to trade their huge suburban heritage home for a turnkey property closer to the city and call in the Property Brothers to make it happen. Jonathan vows to infuse the 200-year-old property with historic charm and the latest features, but a warped surprise lurks beneath the floorboards. Meanwhile, Drew is challenged by a hefty wish list and limited budget.

More for Less
Ten years after buying their starter home, a couple is juggling three kids, an in-home salon and a long list of unfinished DIY. Drew sets out to find them a sprawling new home in their current neighborhood. Meanwhile, Jonathan promises that his renovation will have buyers lining up for a one-of-a-kind home.

Downsizing to Maximize Living Space
Newlyweds and empty nesters Lisa and Dave are ready to downsize, and they're looking for an open-concept suburban palace where they can entertain their big blended family in style. Drew leads the hunt for the ideal property with enough space downstairs for an in-home spa, and the search results improve dramatically when the budget gets a major boost. Meanwhile, Jonathan is determined to transform the couple's dated home into a showstopper.

Oh Brother!
Two siblings living with one of their families in a cramped Nashville house feel it's time for everyone to move into separate homes. Jonathan tackles a budget-friendly renovation, but bad news from the permit office leaves him scrambling for a solution. Meanwhile, Drew leads the hunt for a suburban home with lots of acreage, but it's not clear if he's looking for one property or two.

A Home That Doesn't Measure Up
Lisa and Chris bought their Nashville home six years ago, but with four kids and Grandma all squeezed under one roof, it's time to overhaul their log-cabin interiors so they can afford a bigger nest. After the family moves into an RV in the driveway, Jonathan gears up for a radical renovation. Meanwhile, Drew kicks the house hunt into high gear, but he's soon warning the family that their wish list must be trimmed.

Going to the Dogs
Julie, Jason and their kids don't really want to move, but new school zone boundaries mean that they have mere months to find a new home just a few streets over. Jonathan is determined to transform the family's dog-eared home into one of the coolest houses on the block, starting by turning their backyard wasteland into an oasis. Meanwhile, with time running out, Drew scrambles to find the perfect family home in a very limited search area.

Downsizing to a Single Story Home
Soon-to-be empty nesters want to downsize from a sprawling five-bedroom home to a single-story property. Their current home is bland, sparse and in desperate need of an overhaul so Jonathan tackles an ambitious renovation to transform it into a showpiece. Meanwhile, Drew leads the search for the perfect retirement property close to Nashville.

A Number-One Hit Property
Nashville musicians Lee Roy and Lisa want to blend their families and move in together. Before they can buy their dream home, though, they need to transform his tired old property into a number-one hit on the real estate market. A full gut job leaves Jonathan with a blank canvas to update the home's seriously dated decor, and Drew launches a search for the ultimate live-work space for the blended family.

Upping the Budget
With three growing kids, Missy and Jay are looking for a sprawling forever home. But before they go anywhere, they have to transform their current home into a showpiece. At first, Jonathan and Drew pull a prank on their superfans, but no one is fooled by the switcheroo. Later, Jonathan comes up with a plan to update the interiors and significantly increase the home's sale price. Meanwhile, the budget for their new home keeps increasing as Missy and Jay aim to get more of what they want.
