Brothers Helping Brothers

Brothers Scott and Trevor have been feeling the squeeze in their claustrophobic condo. And now thanks to financial help from their grandparents, they're pooling their resources and looking for an all-in-one investment and living solution. Determined to keep sibling rivalry to a minimum, Drew and Jonathan step in with a plan. First, Drew leads the charge for a dog-friendly property and then leverages key information at the negotiating table. Later, when the demolition uncovers expensive problems, the entire family pitches in to save money. Jonathan comes up with a solution for a dated ceiling, and then scrambles with a major last-minute change.

Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
