The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help them find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. When unexpected issues arise, anxiety literally goes through the roof for the new owners. A startling discovery poses a health risk and adds to an already-maxed budget. When neither doctor will compromise on their preferences, arguing adds to the already tense renovation. Jonathan must contend with one time-consuming surprise after another while managing his client's growing misgivings and reining in their sky-high expensive tastes.
