Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen - Season 3

The Great British Bake Off judge returns to share more recipes, tips and handy culinary hacks . She is joined for the opening edition by actress Angela Griffin, who is treated to a Cambodian dish of fish and prawn amok. Prue also makes meat and vegetarian lasagnes, while her husband John heads off to a local alpaca farm where he learns how they are taken care of and finds out what their wool is used for.

Prue is joined in her kitchen by Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, who cooks smoky beef and short ribs and talks about when he first started cooking as a boy. Her husband John heads off to a local vineyard to pick up tips on becoming a successful wine producer, while Prue has a mouthwatering hack for garlic confit that can be stored in a jar.

Prue is joined by Raymond Blanc - who cooks a special family recipe - John and Prue make Indian pancakes, and there are hacks for a burger sauce and tinned sardines.

Prue is joined by designer and TV presenter Patrick Grant - who makes slow-cooked fenugreek lamb - John builds a bold dovecote, and there are tips for making cakes.

Prue hosts Jo Wood - who cooks a magic chicken dish and talks about organic off-grid life - before making blinis and being joined by John to make a seafood paella and tapas.

Prue is joined in her kitchen by food critic Jimi Famurewa, and John visits a local food producer and joins Prue in her kitchen to make a warming winter ribollita.

Prue welcomes Paralympian Ellie Simmonds for coffee cake, tea, and a good catch-up while she herself has a versatile dish on the menu that can be used two ways.
