Karen is pregnant by Billy. She doesn't want him to know, but Louise tells him anyway. Billy cleans up his act, but Karen won't trust him until he proves himself. Louise has met the perfect man, one of her customers, but unless they're flirting over a pumpkin risotto it doesn't really work. Donna is trying to sleep with as many men as possible to distract herself from Karl leaving her life, but then he unexpectedly reappears.
