Segment #1 - Matt Leinhart gets accused of solicitating a prostitute but he tries to tell the police that he wouldn't do anything stupid like that a month before the draft. One of the cops tells him to blame his friend and Matt agrees. Segment #2 - Elijah and his friend drive by a dumpster and Elijah throws a can into it and after driving away from it the dumpster explodes and knocks a huge shelf with paint down onto a car and destroys it. He gets blamed but promises to never smoke in the car again. Segment #3 - Olivia and her friend try to put a quarter into the parking meter but it won't go in so her friend smacks the meter and it breaks off and they get caught holding it and get charged of destroying city property.
