As Ray fights for his life after a mysterious poisoning, Maximus and his team discover that the island hides Soviet secrets and remains of the MIR station. Nazareth and Jota find a nest of unknown creatures, while America steals the emerald from the box. Trapped in the depths, Monica and Jota see their oxygen running out. Nazareth risks her life to free them while at the base, next to Sonia, she discovers that Ray's body suffers an unprecedented mutation.
