Dating Other People
Three couples at a critical point in their relationship turn to Dr. Nicole LaBeach to begin a nine-week experiment dating other people. A familiar face returns to court one of the women, while past issues may bring another couple's journey to a quick end.

Tables Turned
The men are excited to take their turn at dating new women, and while most of their partners keep their cool, one lets jealousy rear its ugly head. However, no one has more mistrust than Ken, who gets out of hand and steals Shorty's phone.

Double Standards
The process begins to heat up as Shorty furthers a deeper connection with Hollywood, and Kenneth takes out a familiar face. Meanwhile, Shay reveals concerns for marriage since she can't trust Fonzo, and Otis pushes back against Dr. Nicole's advice.

Double Dates
Now that our couples are settling into the process, Dr. Nicole gives them a new challenge: going on dates at the same time and at the same place as their partners. Tension fills the air, and it might be too much for one of our couples.

Double Your Pleasure
The stress of seeing partners on double dates brings old insecurities to the surface. Shay does some soul searching with Dr. Nicole, while the men cavort and wonder what the future holds. Otis makes a startling admission that could change everything.

Family Matters, Pt. 1
Still dealing with their trust issues from last week, the couples turn to their families. Otis tries to apologize to a skeptical Charlana. Shay gets some hard truths from her mother and aunt, while Ken and Shorty have a date that ends in an ultimatum.

Family Matters, Pt. 2
The couples continue diving into their family connections. Charlana and Otis come to a breaking point, Shay gives Alfonzo an ultimatum, and Shorty and Ken get vital insight from family. The girls get a night out to unwind and dish about the process.

Step Up or Step Aside
This week, Charlie and Otis focus on their relationship and more miscommunications ensue. Shay's date makes her realize that there are men out there that can give her what she wants. Shorty goes on a third date with Tavi, leading Ken to feel disrespected.

Blast From the Past
Our couples must choose to go on a repeat date with someone they previously dated or date each other. Charlie wonders if Chris thinks she is weak. Shay and Fonzo make great strides. Shorty and Ken still struggle to show each other the respect they need.

One Last Date
The ladies go wedding dress shopping. Shay tells Fonzo exactly what she needs from him to seal the deal. Otis and Charlie give their dates one more chance. Shorty and Kenneth's cuddle date goes left, leading to a showdown that changes everything.

Will They or Won't They?
Ken and Shorty's relationship comes to an end. The remaining two couples evaluate their journeys. Otis and Fonzo buy rings, but Dr. Nicole tells one of them they aren't ready for marriage. Will Shay and Charlie be putting a ring on it or ending up alone?
