New relationship coach Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson advises three couples as they embark on the process of dating others; issues of insecurities and boundaries quickly arise, and Dr. Stacii gets tough with one pair for not taking things seriously.

What's the Stuff?
The tables are turned, and the men go on their first dates. Romantic sparks fly and connections are quickly formed, but later, when Dr. Stacii visits a couple for a private session, one man is overcome by his traumatic past.

Will You Hold My Baggage?
The couples explore how past relationships affect their current ones, and an absence at the group session leaves everyone with lingering questions.

The X Factor
Dr. Stacii shakes up the group dynamic by inviting a new couple to join the process; Catherine struggles with jealousy when Ricky takes things to the next level with his date; Joya feels the heat as Jasha's date tries to make her an ex.

Two Prince Charmings
Two of the ladies' suitors come in like Prince Charming, giving the men some real competition; one of the guys is in for a rude awakening when he tells his girlfriend to give him the space to miss her more.

Double the Trouble
Dr. Stacii sends the couples on double dates to test their self-control and trust; Catherine gets intimate with her date, Marcus, while Ricky looks on; Jasha exchanges words with Joya's date, and Zay hurts Jasmine when he puts his foot in his mouth.

Family Ties
Catherine confronts her father about her childhood issues; Jasmine's family doesn't hold back and has more criticism for her than Zay; Joya rethinks the future as she and her sister discuss the importance of having a baby.

The Gift
Everyone's emotions are tested, as they all go on dates. Catherine and Ricky are on two very different pages. Jasmine continues to complain about Zay's communication. Jasha is forced to confront his emotions when Joya receives an unexpected gift.

Tuxes, Venues and Decisions
To further examine their feelings, the men visit a tuxedo shop while the ladies tour a wedding venue. Jasha has a revelation that shocks Joya, Jasmine fears Zay may let her down again, and Catherine and Ricky have doubts about their future.

I Do or I Don't
Dr. Stacii gives her final guidance, as life altering decisions are about to be made. Some are still seeking answers to difficult questions, others think they have it all figured out, and one couple makes a surprising decision.

Host Egypt Sherrod welcomes the couples, the daters and Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson to spill the tea about Season 4 of Put A Ring On It. In this reunion, secrets are revealed, scores are settled and someone proposes!

Bob's Burgers
The series follows Bob who runs Bob's Burgers, with the help of his wife and their three kids. Bob has big ideas about burgers, but the rest of the clan falls short on service. Despite the greasy counters and lousy location, the Belchers are determined to make every "Grand Re-Re-Re-opening" a success. Bob's wife, Linda, stands by her man and often does so by bursting into song. Their eldest daughter, 13-year-old Tina has a slight obsession with boys and zombies. Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
