This new two-part ITV series offers a unique insight into Her Majesty The Queen's role as a figure on the global stage and the baton she is passing to the younger members of the Royal Family as they continue to build the Commonwealth connection.
Filmed over more than a year with privileged access to The Queen, her family, her staff and her residences, this landmark series tells the story of how the Commonwealth has been a central focus and passion throughout Her Majesty's life.

Episode 1

Episode 2
Starting with an Indian-themed evening at the Palace, this episode follows the Prince of Wales on a lively tour of India where things don't go entirely to plan. Back at the Palace, the Queen invites some inspirational young Commonwealth leaders of tomorrow to drop in for a private chat. She also reminisces about some of her own adventures as a young leader. Finally, the whole family rally round as the Queen's guests start arriving for a party that will make history.
