Episode 1
In this episode Rachel Allen travels from Dungarvan to Ballycotton as she embarks on her coastal cooking adventure. She meets up with old friend Paul Flynn for inspiration, and hears about a very special food memory of his that she tries to recreate.

Rachel Allen visits her old friend Fingal Ferguson at Gubbeen Farm in Schull. Fingal is a renowned charcutiere, but he is also a highly skilled knife maker. Sparks fly as Rachel joins Fingal in his workshop where he creates an essential tool for every good cook - the chef's knife.

Episode 4
Rachel Allen arrives on the beautiful Valentia Island and meets Sandra O'Connor and Martin Moriarty from the shellfish co-op. Because they're members of the co-op they're allowed to dive for scallops, and they take Rachel to one of their favourite diving spots and collect up some Valentia Island king scallops.

Episode 5
Rachel Allen travels to the popular peninsula of Dingle and the fishing village of Ballydavid - home to a very special potato competition, The Spud Off.

Episode 6
Rachel heads to Kilcornan and the delightful Rigney's Farm, which is packed with rare breeds - including Tamworth pigs and Jacobs Sheep. The farm was Caroline Rigney's dream when she lived in suburbia and, with husband Joe, she has created a beautiful farm and B&B.

Episode 7
Rachel heads for The Burren in Co Clare. This magical protected landscape has captivated people for thousands of years, and many people who come to visit find it hard to leave.

Episode 9
Rachel's culinary travels have brought her to the wild coastline of Connemara, and she heads to Killary Fjord, famous for its breathtaking beauty and for being one of the wettest places in Ireland.

Episode 10
Rachel arrives in Mayo and visits a hill farm in Killadoon. There Tommy Joe Gallagher breeds Connemara Hill Lamb - the sheep that are unique to a region which stretches from Galway to South Mayo and are protected with PGI status.
