There are many styles of Sukiyaki across Asia, and Jet's version includes wagyu beef, shirataki noodles and a medley of vegetables. Then, Jet cooks up some Oyako Donburi, the ultimate rice bowl that incorporates premium soy sauce, kombu, sake and mirin to give it that strong umami flavor.
