Season 1
In each episode of Recipe for Disaster, three professional chefs and their cooking partners compete to prepare spectacular dishes under absurdly adverse conditions. The studio transforms into a bizarre new world each week, replete with themed disasters that challenge the chefs in ways they never imagined. They will attempt the perfect sear while stranded on an in-studio "desert island" during monsoon season, prep ramen while pulling off an art heist, or create a show-stopping soufflé while dodging aliens on Mars. To make matters worse, their cooking partners are people from their lives who are total kitchen novices. Who will impress the judges, and whose dishes will succumb to the ridiculous disasters du jour? Ultimately, only one team will be crowned Masters of Disaster!

End of the Rainbow
Three new colorful teams of chefs and buddies discover that it's not all sunshine and unicorns at the end of the rainbow. They'll need the luck of the Irish if they want to create perfect plates while dodging sparkling rainstorms, melting rainbows and even irritating clouds. Dracula's Dinner Party
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies face bloody horrific disasters as they work against the clock to create the perfect bite. Spooky storms, relentless bats and lots, and lots of blood are on the menu at Dracula's castle. Way-Too-Fun Fair
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies compete to create carnival delights at a way-too-fun fair. They'll be bombarded with balloons, tortured with treats and take an unforgettable ride on the 'Spilt-A-Whirl'. Parisian Tourist Trap
Three new teams of chefs and buddies compete to make fantastique dishes while navigating Parisian tourist traps. The City of Love may be known for its mimes, art and pastries but this competition is no vacation. Host, Ann Pornell and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their French-inspired cuisine and crown the Masters of Disaster.

Dining with Dinos
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies compete to create perfect plates while facing disasters of Jurassic proportions. They'll have to overcome tropical storms, pterodactyls, asteroids and even the Ice Age if they want to be the apex predator in this jungle. Host Ann Pornel and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their dino-mite creations and crown the Masters of Disaster.

Bank Robber's Banquet
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies compete to create perfect plates while pulling off a bank robbery. They'll get busted by blue dye, smoked out by the police, and face a cook behind bars after they steal wads of cash and try to evade arrest. Host Ann Pornel and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their rich plates and crown the Masters of Disaster.

Sinking Cruise Ship
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies compete to create perfect plates while cruising on the SS Disaster. They'll have to hang on to their life preservers as they face stormy seas, vengeful seagulls, sky-high waves and ultimately, the bottom of the ocean. Host Ann Pornel and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their dishes and crown the Masters of Disaster.

Martian Mayhem!
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies compete to create out-of-this-world dishes on the surface of Mars. Space junk, asteroids and angry Martians make the Red Planet an inhospitable place to cook so they'll have to work hard to keep their feet on the ground. Host Ann Pornel and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their cosmic creations and crown the Masters of Disaster.

Daycare Nightmare
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies face a series of childish disasters as they work against the clock to create perfect plates in a daycare nightmare. There's finger painting and crafts before playtime is over and a giant mess remains. Host Ann Pornel and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their colorful plates and crown the Masters of Disaster.

Bad Dog Park
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies compete to fill their bowls with delicious chow in a very bad dog park. In this park, the grooming is free, but the mud is epic, and leashes are not optional so they'll have to roll over the competition to be top dog. Host Ann Pornel and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their drool-worthy creations and crown the Masters of Disaster.

Not-So-Simple Life
Three new teams of chefs and cooking buddies compete to make hearty plates down on the farm. They'll quickly realize they aren't in Kansas anymore when they face devastating greenhouse gasses, frantic chickens and an aggressive storm that decimates the barnyard. Host Ann Pornel and culinary experts, Eden Grinshpan and Chef Shahir Massoud judge their creations and crown the Masters of Disaster.

The investigation takes them into a dangerous world of historic abuse and murder. Together they uncover a chain of shocking events involving the disappearance of children that have gone overlooked for decades, as well as evidence of police corruption. As the body count rises and the two women are dragged into the depths of the murders, an intimacy starts to form between them, and so begins a complex, twisted love story. All the while, the killer is inching ever closer to home.
