A couple gets stuck on Vågakallen. Due to the weather, rescue climbers have to make their way on foot. Then the rescue operation takes a dramatic turn.

Erik-August (11) and his father Øyvind are on a day trip to Stolhyrna. On their way down the mountain, they make a mistake, and Øyvind falls several meters down the mountainside.

Aleksander goes into the mountains, and is supposed to live on what he finds out there. But he falls ill and is unable to go any further. His girlfriend reports him missing.

A man is hiking with his dog in Rogaland. He takes a wrong turn, and it immediately becomes very steep. He can neither get up nor down.

Laura is about to climb the back of Trollveggen. Almost at the top, something goes wrong and she falls badly. A rescue helicopter is sent to the scene.

Tamas is on a guided ski trip in Lofoten. On the way down, he falls. The guide is ahead, but quickly senses something is wrong when Tamas doesn't show up.

Two friends are hiking in Lofoten. Suzan slips on the snow and lands hard. The pain is unbearable, and she is afraid she will die.

The rescue helicopter from Sola has to pick up a fisherman who has been seriously injured aboard a trawler off the coast. He needs to be taken to hospital urgently.

Eva and Arild are at the cabin in Rogaland. Arild goes out. Eva becomes worried when he doesn't come back in. She finds him lying motionless in the snow.
