The corrupt Minister of Education of the Bobrov region, Ivan Nevy, has been put on the federal wanted list. Chance brings him into contact with the pilot Vasily Kukushkin, who looks a lot like him. He never pretends to be Kukushkin, and his mercantile wife Natalia, his goofy guards Tolya and Kolya, and his assistant Slava are waiting for him in the departure hall. The accomplices expect to fly to Zurich together, but they never break the agreement and board the plane to Vladivostok as a co-pilot.

The plane takes off, gains altitude and switches to autopilot, but the joy of the fugitive minister turned out to be short-lived. The crew Commander suddenly dies, and now there is not a single person on board who can fly the plane!

He tries to find a way out of his desperate situation, but stumbles upon accomplices who recognized the deception in time, and are now flying on the same flight! They threaten No one and demand their share.

Flight 314 is approaching a thunderstorm front, Never and his accomplices are afraid that the autopilot will not be able to cope with it. The flight attendants are trying to find the pilot secretly among the passengers. Finally, they are lucky in the person of actor Stanislav Kadyshev, who boasts that he learned to fly for the filming of the film.

It is never possible to stop the descent of the aircraft by contacting the control room. But a new attack occurs - the passengers of the plane find out that the captain is dead, they decide that the Boeing was captured by bandits. The accomplices lock themselves in the cabin, they cut off the oxygen in the cabin to calm the raging passengers. By mistake, the accomplices themselves fall asleep along with the passengers.

There are boxes of bees in the luggage compartment, among other things, and when shaking, one of them falls, so that the insects break free. Bees wake up accomplices and passengers, there is a panic on board. It is possible to calm the bees by arranging smoke, which triggers the fire safety system, and the cockpit door is unlocked. Passengers tie up accomplices, removing them from control of the aircraft.

Passengers cannot agree on who is in charge of them, who can be entrusted with the management of the Boeing, they decide to hold elections. As a result, actor Stanislav Kadyshev, whom he had never promoted, becomes the new captain. The fugitive minister systematically eliminated all competitors of the actor. The accomplices regain power on the plane.

He never finds out that the control room knows that he is not Kukushkin. The minister is afraid that he will be arrested upon landing in Vladivostok, and decides to change the flight route in order to land outside of Russia. He never deceives the dispatcher Vitya and pulls off a trick with a route change. Now Flight 314 is flying to Thailand.

The accomplices lose ten million euros, and Nobody finds them in Natalia's bag. It turns out that all these are tricks of Fame. After that, he is sent to the luggage compartment. Due to the change of course, Flight 314 is under threat from fighter jets over Mongolia. Bandits attack the investigator and take the Kukushkins away...

Vitya negotiates with the Mongolian pilots to save Flight 314, but never accidentally turns off all aircraft systems with champagne. The bandits take the Kukushkins to the bank, but when they try to call the police, they and Larisa manage to escape...

Communication and systems of the aircraft are broken on board Flight 314. Bodyguards never make things worse. The Airport boss fires Vitya and runs away when the plane disappears from radar. The only person left in the control room is Zoya's secretary, whom Vitya is in love with.

The autopilot does not work, so the accomplices begin to control the plane manually, causing panic among passengers. Slava bursts in with a pistol and accidentally provokes a depressurization. Kukushkin confronts the bandits with the Investigator, and the bullet wounds Larisa...

Never and Vitya miraculously board Flight 314, but everyone is arrested in North Korea. Slava saves the team, Larisa remains alive, and the acquitted Kukushkin becomes a Nobody. He and his accomplices are preparing to leave the DPRK. He takes control of the ship...
