David/Brooke
David is a firefighter whose alcoholism has escalated into violent behavior. His wife won't allow their two children to come near him, and he's been suspended from the fire department. Brooke was a civil engineering student with a 3.9 GPA before her meth addiction and partying lifestyle forced her to drop out of college. Now, with the help of sober coaches, David and Brook have one last chance to defeat their demons.

Adam/Keri
Adam is a crack addict who's abandoned his family to feed his habit. Can a sober coach help him get straight before his fiancé and three children leave him? Meanwhile, Keri is an opiate addict and prostitute who lives off her "sugar daddy." She's failed time and again to get clean, so her family has turned to a sober coach to help her detox and escape the "sugar daddy" who refuses to let her go.

Brandon
A former hockey player and honor student, Brandon is now a heroin addict who's failed three times at inpatient treatment. To put an end to the madness, his family has contacted a sober coach who has only one week to break Brandon of his addiction and drug-dependent relationship with his girlfriend, and get them both the help they need.

Kelly/Johnny
Kelly has always gotten by on her good looks and charm--until now. She faces a year in jail if she doesn't stop doing meth, and she's already lost custody of her daughter. After several failed attempts at rehab, a sober coach is her one last chance to get back on track. Meanwhile, Johnny, a handsome American-Indian, lives on a beautiful estate and parties at the best restaurants. But he's a raging alcoholic who hates himself for being gay and a male prostitute. Can a sober coach get him to do the work required to save his life?

Courtney/Wes
Courtney, once a competitive ice skater, is now a homeless drug addict who kept doing drugs even after an overdose nearly killed her. A sober coach has only one week to help her get clean. Wes, the son of an award-winning director, grew up in L.A. surrounded by the glamour of the entertainment industry. He planned to follow in his father's footsteps, but ended up a heroin addict who feels like a failure in the wake of his father's success. A sober coach must convince Wes to talk openly with his father, and get him detoxed and into a treatment center.
