Paris
This time, Chef Michel Roux Jr takes Fred Sirieix to some of his favourite restaurants in Paris. First, the pair visit one of the most famous restaurants in the city, La Tour D'Argent, where they experience a signature dish that as been on the menu since 1890. Moving away from restaurants that offer expensive indulgence, Michel takes Fred to a place reviving one of the simplest and cheapest French classics - the ham baguette. For the final stop of their Parisian trip, the pair visit Brasserie La Couple, which boats the biggest dining room in Paris.

San Sebastian
Nisha Katona takes Fred to San Sebastian for a mind-blowing meal at one of the world's top restaurants and to visit a tiny sports bar to learn the secrets of the perfect tortilla.
