Mallorca
Food writer and Junior Bake Off judge Ravneet Gill takes Fred Sirieix to Mallorca, visiting a beach bar that is fast becoming one of the island's most exciting culinary hotspots and meeting a couple from the sleepy village of Caimari in the island's agricultural heart who are credited as being at the forefront of a movement to revive Mallorcan cuisine.

Rome
Fred Sirieix takes a culinary tour of Rome with Michelin-starred chef Giorgio Locatelli. They head for the Vatican City in search of one of the most unusual cheap eats money can buy, courtesy of legendary pizza maker Gabrielle Bonci. Giorgio takes Fred out of the city centre to one of Rome's finest trattorias, and discovers how much the city's food scene owes to keeping old traditions alive.

Devon
Fred Sirieix explores south Devon with chef Angela Hartnett, visiting a restaurant in Dartmouth with a reputation for serving some of the UK's finest seafood. They also board a boat to the River Exe Café, a floating restaurant in the middle of the River Exe, and visit an independent restaurant in Totnes.

Burgundy
Fred Sirieix explores Burgundy with chef Michael Caines, visiting a a rustic restaurant deep in the wooded countryside of the Ouche Valley with a phenomenal farm-to-fork experience. Michael also returns to the restaurant where he was tutored as a young chef, while in Beaune, they sample some of the finest pastry available anywhere in France.

South Wales
Fred Sirieix and restaurateur Thomasina Miers explore south Wales, visiting a Cardiff restaurant inspired by the grill houses of northern Spain where everything from incredible meats to seasonal veg is cooked over fire. Tommi also takes Fred to Monmouthshire, a county on the English border that has been at the forefront of the Welsh dining scene for 20 years and hosts one of the UK's largest food and drink festivals.
