The Perfect Properties
Sarah takes over as full-time project manager, and she and Bryan search for two renovation properties in the town's most established locations. After locking down the projects, Sarah's new skills are put to the test by each home's challenges and demands.

Changing the Game
As more hidden problems arise at one of the properties, Bryan makes a game-changing decision that affects the whole project. Meanwhile, the Baeumlers try to balance work and home life as their annual family vacation is threatened by a huge roadblock.

What's the Delay?
While Bryan desperately attempts to catch up on weeks of construction delays, Sarah struggles to fit her design preferences within the budget. Both challenging projects continue to keep the Bauemlers on edge.

We're Out, Sort Of
Electrical work proves to be a challenge for the Baeumlers and their longtime electrician. Bryan has major concerns about a build's expanding budget, causing him to re-evaluate the project, while Sarah proves herself as the build comes to a dramatic end.

Nothing's Set in Stone
More new family routines and hard construction deadlines challenge the Baeumlers. When Bryan makes an important design decision without consulting Sarah, a worker gets caught in their crossfire and progress is slowed.

Stormy Weather
Holidays and weather delays keep the Baeumlers on their toes when they are forced to solve constant issues at the finishing stage. As Bryan and Sarah attempt to finish the exterior of the house, the frustrated electrician also deals with a setback.

High(view) and Mighty
After many challenges and setbacks, Bryan and Sarah finally complete the Highview build. This project -- as with many others -- has been quite a learning experience, but the Baeumlers are still unsure if their business venture will prove to be a success.
