With the hotel shut down due to COVID-19, the Baeumler family is quarantining on the island. Bryan and Sarah have to adapt their business and family plans to the realities of the pandemic, all while updating the resort for future guests.

A for Effort
With eight weeks until reopening the resort, the Baeumlers head back to the island to tackle urgent projects: an outdoor eating area and a schoolhouse for the kids.

Don't Count Your Chickens
Amid hurricane season and ever-changing travel restrictions, Bryan and Sarah must figure out how to successfully re-open their hotel during a global pandemic. Meanwhile, the Baeumlers hit the wall while updating backsplashes and wallpaper in guest areas.

The Final Suntier
As the hotel reopens, the Baeumler family moves "back of house" to keep their personal lives and remodeling projects behind the scenes. Then, the ongoing solar panel installation and outdoor dining area construction disturbs the resort's first guests.

Back of House
The Baeumlers balance construction on the villas and the watersports hut with creating an exceptional hotel guest experience. Then, giving up control proves to be an unexpected challenge for Sarah.

We Got Bills
Bryan and Sarah face the reality of running a fully functioning resort with only limited guests permitted on site during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, they continue their work on the property's boutique, the oceanfront deck and the new access road.

Dive Deep
Bryan and Sarah create the hotel's own personal Dive Shop. Then after months of struggling to keep their personal lives behind the scenes, the Baeumlers consider a move for the family.

Shake It Up
The Baeumlers decide to embrace their living situation as they begin work on a family villa featuring a bunk room for the kids. Then, a major boat issue threatens guest activities.

Game, Set, Match
Bryan and Sarah have their hands full as they try to complete the family villa and guest-facing projects like the new sports court at the same time.

The Sleeping Giant
A year from the start of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler reassess their work, home and island life. Then, the family gives back to their island home as they work on a community dock and a coral reef nursery.
