Prosecutor Cha Woo Jin lost his first love Seung Hee to a crime 15 years ago. Since then, he has devoted himself to violet crime cases to punish those who've misbehaved. While he is looking for a criminal, a female high school student Jo Eun Bi becomes involved. Together with a prosecution investigation officer and Section Chief Han he is trying to solve this case.
