Season 1
Set at the Jongno branch of Yulje Medical Center, the series follows the hospital lives and turbulent friendships of young obstetrics and gynecology residents who proudly enter the unpopular department in an era of low birth rates.

Struggling with her finances, Oh Yi-young reluctantly returns to resident life — making blunder after blunder. Soon, she faces her first patient crisis.

Episode 2
The first-year residents contemplate quitting after burning out from hospital life. When Yi-young is backed into a corner, Ku Do-won comes to her aid.

Episode 3
As Um Jae-il receives constant compliments, Yi-young, Pyo Nam-kyung and Kim Sa-bi try to find ways to bring comfort to their own patients and families.

Episode 4
Yi-young gets roped into a research paper with Professor Seo, sparking Sa-bi's jealousy. Nam-kyung misguidedly creates tension on the hospital floor.

Episode 5
Though Yi-young's bluntness gets her in trouble, she uses it to comfort a patient's child. Jae-il's need to overachieve becomes a nuisance to others.

Episode 6
Witnessing Do-won being snubbed, Yi-young finds herself getting defensive. Meanwhile, Sa-bi and Nam-kyung can't stop clashing over their differences.

Episode 7
Frustrated by the other departments, the OB-GYN residents decide to push back. Meanwhile, Nam‑kyung finds herself irritated as she oversees an intern.

Episode 8
After being hospitalized at work, Sa-bi struggles with the fear of missing out. A new patient's arrival tests Nam-kyung's patience — and her compassion.

Episode 9
As a TV crew films the OB-GYN department, Yi-young's superior torments her. Meanwhile, an intern takes advantage of Jae-il and Sa-bi undermines a senior.

Episode 10
Nam-kyung and Yi-young find themselves in the middle of two competitive professors. Sa-bi endures an abusive superior but finds solace in a kinder boss.

Episode 11
While trying to keep her relationship with Do-won secret from the hospital, Yi-young gets hands-on OB-GYN experience with a demanding professor.

Episode 12
As their first year nears its end, the residents face the hospital's never-ending bustle — especially Yi-young, who finds herself at a crossroads.
