Restaurant Takeover is sending in renowned chef, Corbin Tomaszeski, to fix a warped menu and international designer, Paula Velez, to ditch the kitsch and focus the eccentric style of the restaurant.

Curry & Roti
Curry + Roti, a second-generation Caribbean restaurant, is suffering an identity crisis: is this forty-year-old establishment a take-out joint or a fine-dining restaurant? With profits in the tank, owners Rozanne and Mac have to change quickly or their dreams of seeing a third-generation operation will die with their business. Restaurant Takeover heard their SOS and is sending in top designer, Paula Velez and renowned chef, Corbin Tomaszeski to right this sinking ship.

Peninsula Resort
The Peninsula Resort is about to celebrate 50 years in business, but with profits in the tank, family loyalties are being pushed to the limit. Can Restaurant Takeover industry experts chef Derek Minkensky and designer Montana Burnett revitalize this tired, lakeside establishment in just six days and usher in the next half century?

6th Street Pub and Grill
Mick lost more than just a job when the 6th Street Pub and Grill closed its doors - he lost a part of himself. With the money he could scrape together, he's reopened…but a new lease and big dreams haven't translated into success. Restaurant Takeover is making a splash by sending in Top Chef Canada season one competitor, Andrea Nicholson and renowned designer, Cheryl Torrenueva, in an attempt to turn this dive around.

Sunnybrook
Sunnybrook's dated menu and tired décor has owner Piraba looking to make radical changes. Unfortunately, creative ideas have been as hard to come by as paying customers. Restaurant Takeover is sending in Chef Derek Minkensky and Designer Cheryl Torrenueva in a last ditch effort to save this aging restaurant.

El Fogon
Centrally located in an up-and-coming neighbourhood, El Fogon should be at capacity every night. Instead, it's just a place that people pass by. Specializing in the Peruvian tastes of their ancestors, Jorge and Paulo share big dreams, but time and financial constraints prevent them from moving forward. Restaurant Takeover is sending in Chef Massimo Capra and Designer Montana Burnett to lend a much needed hand.

Vindaloo
Vindaloo teeters on the brink of closure after a year of bad ideas, brutal red-tape and a series of unscrupulous contractors. Restaurant Takeover is sending Chef Richard Andino and Designer Montana Burnett in a last ditch effort to save this family run business.

Royal Caribbean
Royal Caribbean's chef Ainsley is as easy-going as he is seasoned. While area construction tore apart the neighborhood, he sat back and watched his business crumble. Now Restaurant Takeover is sending in Chef Andrea Nicholson and Designer Montana Burnett to pick up the pieces.

Rap's
Rap's has seen an increase in competition as other Caribbean restaurants pop up in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, their food just doesn't stand up and the décor looks like a tropical storm blew through. Restaurant Takeover's Chef Derek Minkensky and Designer Paula Velez are on a mission to bring a little sunshine back to this Carib joint.

Brownstone Bistro
Brownstone Bistro is in need of major changes. Unfortunately, the father and son owners just don't see eye-to-eye. Restaurant Takeover's Chef Derek Minkensky and Designer Paula Velez are intervening in a last ditch effort to save this family business.

Naan & Kabob
Afghan restaurant Naan & Kabob is the glue that keeps its sibling owners together…but with business lagging, this unit's on the verge of being ripped apart. Restaurant Takeover is sending in Chef Massimo Capra and Designer Alison Milne to rescue this ailing restaurant and a family in the process.

Frankie's
Frankie's, a rundown greasy spoon, has seen better days. With profits disappearing, the restaurant's namesake is ready to let his deteriorating restaurant go. Can Restaurant Takeover's Chef Derek Minkensky and Designer Montana Burnett make him believe again?

Hillbilly Heaven
Cameron had a dream, so he scrounged up any money he could to open Hillbilly Heaven. But with a road kill menu and tragic décor, this southern BBQ joint is a kitschy nightmare. Now this kooky proprietor is going to test the skills and patience of the seasoned Restaurant Takeover team, Chef Adam Hynam-Smith and designer Amanda Campbell.
