Logi, still coming to terms with the past, is attacked by Rebekka, who is deeply troubled. Logi's shortcomings continue in the courtroom with the difficult case of infamous loan shark Stigur Anderson.

Logi returns to his roots and defends an old friend against a nationwide chain of pharmacies trying to take over his business. Magnus and Kari take down an infamous drug lord, but it's not without consequences.

Brynhildur throws herself into her work after receiving a string of devastating news. She decides to defend a woman who was acting as an imposter. Logi, still searching for the truth about that eventful night, takes on a desperate man's case against a bank in light of the economic crash.

Stigur plots revenge on Logi for failing him in court. Logi is seduced by the beautiful, but mysterious, Helena. Meanwhile, there has been a development in Kalli's murder case. Could Logi be exonerated?

Logi defends a young convict who murdered a man in prison and discovers that there is more to the story. The hunt for the truth about Kalli's murder has come to a halt. Hordur prepares to ask for Arna's hand in marriage.

Logi manages to find a lead which could finally clear his name. After the breakdown of his relationship with Arna, Hordur seeks comfort in the bed of Brynhildur, but will he be there when she needs him most?
