Episode 1
At a unique hotel in north Wales, Alex Jones and her team give people a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be reunited with someone pivotal from their past. Whether people want forgiveness, to say thank you, or get answers they've wanted for years, everyone has an experience that changes their lives.
21-year-old Tegan fell on the Tube tracks on her first all-girls trip to London and wants to meet the man who pulled her to safety, out of the path of an oncoming train. Lee hopes to find the older brother he never knew he had, who was placed into adoption as a baby. And five-year-old Pippa thanks the volunteer builders who changed her life by installing a state-of-the-art bath that helps manage her skin condition.

Episode 2
A 1960s girl band who toured the world in their heyday check in, hoping Alex can reunite them with the boy band they can't forget. The Fabs were the first all-female band from Wales, brought together inspired by the success of the Beatles. Breaking through in a male-dominated industry was difficult, but one Swedish boy band recognised their talents and left a big impression on the all-girl group.
54 years since the Fabs and the Moonlighters were together, the three surviving members come to this one-of-a-kind hotel keen to see them again. Having travelled all the way from Stockholm to north Wales, with Eurovision and US hits behind them, the Moonlighters are just as excited.
For over 20 years, Simon was addicted to drugs and alcohol. Now 16 years clean and sober, he wants to meet Stuart, the addiction clinic worker who gave him the support and belief to overcome his addiction. Simon needs Stuart to know that he wouldn't have got to where he is today without the kindness and humanity he showed him back then. It will be the first time Stuart has seen him clean.
Ellie, 19, survived the Manchester Arena attack when she was just 13 years old. Although she escaped physically unharmed, she was traumatised by the horror of that night and the guilt of surviving when so many others were injured and lost their lives. A light in those dark times for Ellie was her music teacher Ms Williams, whose classroom became a refuge. But Ms Williams eventually changed jobs and city and they haven't seen each other for six years. Now Ellie wants Ms Williams to know the huge impact she had.

Episode 3
70-year-old Kwesi checks in to the hotel in north Wales in the hope of meeting his daughter Ruth, who was adopted at birth. Childhood friends Noah and Matt haven't seen each other for more than 12 years but hope to reconnect after an often-difficult teenage relationship. And a group of women who became the first all-female relay expedition to the North Pole hope to have a long-awaited reunion.

Episode 4
Arleen has travelled from Boston, USA to meet Chris, from north Wales, whose grandparents risked their lives to save Arleen's mother Suze from the Nazis. Jessica, from Llanelli, wishes to meet her online friend Sam, a fellow mum who was also diagnosed with a brain tumour.
