Monty Don and Joe Swift reveal the trendsetters amongst the designers and growers at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and discover who has influenced our gardening habits. Elsewhere, fashion designer Paul Smith shares what inspires him at the show year after year.

Sophie Raworth, Joe Swift and the team end a week of programmes looking back at the best of the horticultural event by focusing firmly on the public's favourite gardens, plants and personalities. There is a look at how the Queen and members of the royal family have been involved over the years and Sophie and Joe reveal the designer who has won the BBC/RHS People's Choice Garden of the Decade.
