American Dream
A 1950's American pick-up truck offers the Cogs their first chance of car-show glory, if they can restore it to pristine condition. And Richard gets a shot of driving in the biggest classic car race of the season, providing he can impress his mentor.

Old Mates and Motor-Racing
Much excitement as the Cogs head to the Isle of Man TT to launch a new British bike brand. A racing Mini needs brutal surgery after a crash. And Hadrian calls time on Cog Racing so Richard enlists old friends Les and Zog as his stand-in race team.

Marshalling the Raw Recruits
New staff find themselves in at the deep end restoring a unique 1960's concept car and a rare Lotus. Richard follows his dream of big-time racing and attempts to get his hundred-year-old steam car back on the road threaten to run out of puff.

Heading in the Right Direction
The Cogs take centre stage at Britain's premier car show, but the wheels fall off when Richard returns James May's restored Triumph Stag.
