In this programme the team reveal how scammers have found a way to hijack genuine phone numbers to make it look as if their calls are coming from someone you know and trust, meeting a woman who lost thousands of pounds as a result. Plus, a man who has spent years trying to make sense of his energy bills, after receiving as many as ten in a single day, and a shocking development in a case featured in the most recent series: how could a couple have been left living on top of a mineshaft now confirmed as dangerous?
Meanwhile outside the studio, viewers' questions and problems are tackled by the experts at the Rip Off Britain pop-up shop, and singer Daniel O'Donnell reveals his consumer secrets.
