Andrew receives bad news when his sister, Victoria, arrives. The pressure is piled on DCI Shaw when she is confronted by Amber, and Mikey's new beau makes a chilling appearance for Halloween!

Struggling to maintain the business, it's not all doom and gloom for Sam as he reunites with a face from the past. Meanwhile, Amber and the DCI reach an understanding, and Nicole is tested in her new role.

Tyler becomes increasingly bitter as Nicole thrives on working with Karen. Meanwhile, Madonna reluctantly finds a mentor in Chloe; and Gillian is nervous to get to know Jonathon.
