A property manager in California is hit by a car after an altercation with its driver. In Oklahoma, a semi hauling cars gets stuck at a crossing with a train fast approaching. A routine call for two ambulance workers in Chicago is interrupted when a man in a passing car appears to shoot a firearm out the window. A large group of cyclists confront a driver who attempts to weave through a mass bike ride in Houston.
