Lies, lies and more lies, suffice to say that the milestone 30th season of TG4's flagship drama series Ros na Rún returns with much more than a valley of secrets. Episode 1
Tadhg is out and about early in the morning when he stumbles across something unusual. Berni is feeling terrible for what she did yesterday so she tries to backtrack, but her words have caused trouble.

Episode 2
Laoise does everything in her power to make Micheál believe that there is no truth to what Berni said. The Gardaí show up to question Tadhg about Risteard's murder and he realizes that he needs an alibi for that night.

Episode 3
Things seem to finally be looking up for Colm and Mo, but Tadhg makes a comment that plants a seed of doubt in Colm's mind. Berni is thrilled that herself and Vera have become friends again.

Episode 4
Mack is told some surprising information; Vanessa is determined to keep Fia's secret and Colm has started to suspect that Mo was involved in Risteard's murder.

Episode 5
There is a new detective in Ros na Rún to investigate the murder of Risteard, and Sonny and Cora are among his list of suspects. Sonny makes an extremely suspicious move when called in for questioning.

Episode 6
Mack struggles to balance work with taking care of Lorcán. He becomes increasingly busy and is unable to find anyone happy to babysit.

Episode 7
Natasha is distraught with the stress surrounding Risteard's murder and Manus is going to press charges of assault against Penny.

Episode 8
Cam is concerned about the doorcam footage that could incriminate Natasha and Michelle if seen by the wrong person. Cam is extremely relieved when Vince helps him erase the footage.

Episode 9
The walls are closing in on Vince and he panics to get rid of the stolen money. Vince knows he needs to act fast but how can he get rid of it without leaving a trace?

Episode 10
Cora finds herself on the wrong side of the McClaffertys. But her desperate plan to survive might put Sonny in serious danger. Will Cora follow through with her plan, regardless of the consequences?

Episode 11
Vince is under immense pressure as Detective Ken continues to search for answers. Vince tries to get rid of the stolen money but Liam Óg complicates things. Facing homelessness, Caitríona hatches a plan to move in with Mo.

Episode 12
Ken, having experienced first-hand the hurt and despair of a crime going unpunished, is determined to find out who murdered Risteárd. Ken also discovers a connection to his past in Ros na Rún.

Episode 13
The pressure is building for Natasha and when Ken takes her in for questioning, she desperately tries to keep her cool. Ken arrives at the pet cemetery with a search warrant and takes a sample of Natasha's DNA and panic sets in.

Episode 14
Natasha is beside herself with nerves as she thinks about going to the Gardaí and telling them everything, but Penny refuses to corroborate her story. Berni is devastated to learn that Aisling thinks she has Alzheimer's.

Episode 15
Berni prepares herself for the results of her Alzheimer's test and arranges to meet with Aisling to open their results together. Berni relieved to hear the conclusion of the investigation into Jude's death.

Episode 16
Vince is on edge when Detective Ken insists that an arrest is imminent. He begs Michelle to help him dump the stolen cash, but he panics when she refuses. What will Vince do next?

Episode 17
Things go from bad to worse for Tadhg when a search warrant allows Detective Ken to turn his house upside down which leads him to find Tadhg's hidden stash of money. Tadhg is convinced that Ken is playing mind games with him.

Episode 18
Réailtín has a plan to get John Joe fired but will she succeed? Ken keeps the pressure on Tadhg, but he becomes suspicious of Sonny when he offers to help.

Episode 19
Réailtín panics over the CCTV footage that could potentially expose what she did to John Joe. She's relieved when Mícheál decides to cover for her, but something unexpected threatens to blow up her plan.

Episode 20
Tadhg is sickened about the money he stands to lose as Mack, Noreen and Vince refuse to back him against detective Ken but then Mo steps up to help. Will she regret helping him?

Episode 21
Natasha is under pressure from Tadhg and tries to help him by cosying up to Dean to gather information. However she forgets that she had made plans with Manus, leaving him suspicious of what she's hiding. Will Natasha tell Manus the truth?

Episode 22
Though she loves Manus, Natasha can't bring herself to tell him the truth. Instead of being honest and too afraid to drag him into her mess, she lets him believe that she cheated on him.

Episode 23
Cora's life hangs in the balance as she struggles to convince Sonny to sign the contract with the McClaffertys. Can Cora save herself before time runs out?

Episode 24
Michelle decides to spend more time with Dean to get to know him better, something that pleases Vince but riles Cora. Is Michelle playing with fire? With his finances in tatters, Tadhg despairs until inspiration strikes.

Episode 25
Cora panics when she discovers that Sonny has brought Michelle in on the investment. She puts a plan together to get Sonny back on her side, and to protect herself from Dean and the McCafferty's.

Episode 26
Bobbi Lee's day starts on a high when she's set to become Tadhg's new business partner, but things quickly take a turn. Michelle plays Dean to her advantage.

Episode 27
Réailtín does everything she can to hide the truth about the fireworks, especially when she hears that Bobbi Lee was hurt. She pressures Liam Óg to stay quiet, but her plan blows up in her face when Vanessa figures out the truth.

Episode 28
Mícheál compels Réailtín to tell the truth about the incident with the fireworks. Despite her best efforts to convince herself that she has no interest in John Joe, Noreen finds herself feeling pangs of jealousy.

Episode 29
Cora is thrilled when she sees Sonny polishing Crystal's old engagement ring, convinced that he plans to propose to her soon. Noreen is unsettled when she thinks John Joe may still have feelings for O'Shea.

Episode 30
Cora is floored to learn that Sonny wants his kids to be involved in the hotel deal. Matters worsen for Cora when Natasha puts pressure on her to call off her engagement.

Episode 31
Vince is shaken when Dean makes shocking allegations about John Joe. Although he's torn, he decides to report what he's heard to the Gardaí, hoping the truth will protect John Joe rather than condemn him. Cora is convinced herself and Sonny can get the upper hand on Tadhg, but Tadhg turn the tables on her, leaving her simmering with frustration.

Episode 32
Penny is furious when she finds out that Michelle slept with Dean. But she finds comfort in the arms of another.

Episode 33
Mack puts on a show of heartbreak when social services take Lorcán away, but behind closed doors he admits to Bobbi Lee that he is relieved that the pressure is finally off. After Michelle publicly humiliates Cam and Penny, Cam concocts a bold plan and claims that he and Penny are now an item. Penny agrees to go along with this plan to teach Michelle a lesson.

Episode 34
Tadhg grows increasingly uneasy as detective Ken circles closer, but he is shocked when he is arrested for Risteard's murder. Still furious about what happened to Lorcán, Mo lashes out and blames Béibhinn for calling the authorities. Beneath her anger, she begins to wonder if she could be the one to provide Lorcán with a stable home.

Episode 35
Tadhg's confidence dwindles under Ken's sharp questioning. What starts as bravado quickly turns to panic as the walls close in on him. Sonny's charm falls flat when his attempt to woo Cóilí Jackie goes awry. Mo grows increasingly annoyed with Mack's attitude towards Lorcán.

Episode 36
Tadhg endures a tense wait before finally being granted bail, only to be blindsided by who paid it. His shock doesn't end there when he learns that female DNA was found on Risteard's body.

Episode 37
David is unsure if Mo is telling the truth about the night that Risteard died. He goes to O'Shea for advice, but she urges him to consider going to the Gardaí.

Episode 38
Dean is determined to find the missing cash. He is convinced that following the money will lead him straight to his father's killer. Olivia is blindsided when she realises that she's been cut out of her father's hotel deal.

Episode 39
Cora is confident that she has everything under control, until Dean corners her with a threat she never saw coming. Olivia panics when it appears she may have bungled an important business move.

Episode 40
Natasha is overwhelmed with guilt, convinced she played a part in Risteard's death. Unable to sit by while Tadhg faces the consequences, she tries to find a way to help him. Dean is convinced Cora could be responsible for Risteard's death.
