Hank is invited by his old nemesis Ken Keller to participate in a charity football tournament. During the competition, Ken suffers an injury that Hank must treat despite his feelings toward Ken. Evan plots to keep Divya busy to keep her mind off her troubles.

Rash Talk
Hank treats best friends who are starting their own business; Evan learns about his father's upcoming parole hearing and wants he and Hank to attend; Hank gets in the middle of a neighbor's dispute, treating members of both sides.

The Shaw/Hank Redemption
Hank and Evan journey to Florida to support their father Eddie at his parole hearing. What they discover about their father and his situation comes as a huge shock. Marisa goes into labor with only Divya to assist her.

A Man Called Grandpa
In order to save Eddie's chance at parole, Evan attempts to curry favor with his newfound grandfather at the horse races, but his luck runs out when he and Hank discover the real reason they've never met Ted.

An Apple a Day
Evan seeks Paige's father's permission to get married, Hank helps an old patient's mom who has blood clotting problems, Divya's ex fiancé comes with bad news, and Jill begins to recall details about the crash.

Ta Da For
Hank helps a magician who is struggling with anxiety, Evan tries to hit up Matt Lauer for some free publicity for HankMed, and Divya gets in trouble at her second job.

Run, Hank, Run
Hank helps a professional runner with anemia-like symptoms, tension rises in Evan and Paige's relationship after an art show, and Boris keeps getting sicker and suspects that his son is in danger.

Me First
Hank helps a nanny who is having serious fainting spells, and makes a professional decision about Paige's family that compromises his relationship with Evan. Meanwhile, Divya goes out on her first date since canceling her wedding.

A Little Art, A Little Science
Hank helps an art collector who is having seizures, and recommends a new procedure for Paige's mom. Meanwhile, an overworked Divya makes a life-threatening mistake at the hospital.

A Farewell to Barnes
The HankMed team attends a divorce party. Party planner Julie complains of an upset stomach, but Hank diagnoses her with Celiac Disease. Hank blames Dr. Paul Van Dyke for a prescription error that may cost Eric Kassabian his life. Meanwhile, Paige tosses convention aside and makes Evan an offer he can't refuse. Jack returns and needs a physical.

Some Pig
When a mysterious illness overcomes the members of an up and coming rock band, Hank and Divya have to work together to find the cause; but Hank struggles with trusting Divya after her near fatal prescription error. Hank diagnoses Jack with Lupus. Evan has a unique reaction to kissing bugs.

My Back to the Future
Hank begins having problems with his back, causing Evan to ask Dr. Van Dyke to fill in for him. Divya tries to sell off a family treasure. After a car chase, Divya and Jill treat a thief impaled by a pole in his abdomen. Hank gives himself an injection, and has a vision of a funeral.

Bottoms Up
Jack dumps Hank as his doctor and blows off his medical treatment, Hank helps a Shakespearean actor with stomach pains, Divya uses Dr. Van Dyke to impress her ex, and Paige contemplates an opportunity to go away to England for eight weeks.

Hank and the Deep Blue Sea
After weeks of Jack neglecting his illness, the symptoms finally catch up with him. Boris' cousin Claudette Von Jurgens visit, seeking to mend the family rift and turns to Evan for help. Evan offers help to Divya with breaking free of her financial burden. Jill's teenage nephew, Luke, calls on HankMed when his boss fails to take care of some troubling symptoms.

This One's for Jack
Hank's struggles to cope with Jack's death. Divya treats a fashion designer who has a Nasal septum deviation and sleep apnea. Hank treats three brothers who insist on making a daring home movie. Evan teams with Boris' cousin Claudette on a SmartShirt product that may help a patient. Hank, Evan, Divya and Jill celebrate Jack's life on the golf course. Hank and Evan have a fight, and Hank quits HankMed.
