Highlights from Wales's premier rural event, The Royal Welsh Show, where Sara Edwards, Rachel James and Rhodri Owen will enjoy the Welsh Black Cattle competition, marvel at the variety of flowers in the flower tent and remember the old days in the company of Shire horses. Also appearing will be Cossacks from the Ukraine giving the event a true international feeling. The day pass guest will be the restaurateur Simon Wright who, amongst other things, will guide us through the culinary delights of the show.

Highlights from the second day of The Royal Welsh Show featuring the friendly Jersey cow, the fast moving motorcycle display team, sheep of all breeds, axe racing and the chance to celebrate the years of service that many of our farm hands have given - the Long Service Awards.

Highlights from the fourth day of The Royal Welsh Show which include the cattle native breeds. Rosie Moriarty Simmons, tonight's guest presenter will visit the country pursuits area and the Food Hall. The Pony Club Games, the Wales v. New Zealand shearing test and the best of the vegetable entries will add to the fantastic mix of the show.

Destination X
Destination X sees a group of contestants go on the road trip of a lifetime but they have no idea of their location. In order to win, they must figure out their mystery locations. Once they're on the blacked-out Destination X bus, the journey turns into a real-life game board, with challenges designed to offer clues as to their location, along with a few misdirects to keep them guessing.
At the end of each episode, the contestant who places an X on a map furthest from the actual location packs their bags. The first participant to reach Destination X will be crowned the winner.
