Dr. Sado is a blood thirsty serial killer psychiatrist who lures hapless victims into her office lair via advertisements in smutty magazines. To assist in her perverted and horrific crimes are a weird cabal of mostly incompetent henchpersons who constantly stoke tension with their bungling.

Mr. Johnson, a repressed sexual deviant enters the office claiming that he wants to quit smoking. Dr. Sado sees through his smokescreen though and immobilizes him with Zombie powder. With the help of her bizarre staff she preps him for shock treatment therapy that will turn him into her sissy maid.
How's Your Head?
While zipping along on his scooter Iggy decapitates a jogger in a freak accident. Smitten by her beauty he brings the head back to Dr. Sado's laboratory where he devises a way to keep it alive. Iggy then ventures into a strip club to find his new love a body.
Nightmare on Hollywood Blvd.
A patient comes into the office suffering from nightmares featuring a murderious entity. Dr. Sado performs a waking dream hypnosis to cleanse the patient of his visions and guides him to stand up to his fears. However, when on the verge of success the woman is revealed to be... NO!
Walk-In Alien
A weird man and his shrill wife burst into the office. He is there to communicate with his alien entity. She wants to confront the doctor.
Insatiable Inflatable
A man comes into the office with a blow-up sex doll he claims is alive. Dr. Sado tries to dispose of the doll so she can make him her new victim but it takes the entire staff hostage! Only a heroic effort by a wacky superhero can save them!
Beyond the Beyond
Dr. Sado decides to have an office party in hopes of luring Temptress into a romantic scenario. The doctor gifts the staff costumes... as well as hallucinogenic drugs! As the party spirals into madness tensions rise.
