Season 1
Safe Home follows Phoebe, a twenty-something professional who leaves her job at a prominent law firm to work at a struggling family violence legal centre. As interconnecting stories unfold, relationships are tested and the pressure mounts to save the centre. With so much at stake, Phoebe must navigate a path that isn't always clear – and people aren't always as they appear.

Episode 1
In her new job at a family violence legal service, Phoebe makes a terrible mistake that puts a client's life at risk.

Episode 2
While celebrating a win Phoebe has in media coverage for FVLS, she bumps into her ex-colleagues out at a bar. Awkwardly this includes her ex-lover Julian and his wife and her former boss Grace.

Episode 3
Phoebe's relationship with Julian develops, but she's devastated to learn that the FVLS funding is going to be cut.

Episode 4
Phoebe tries to help a family violence victim close to her, but discovers things are not as they seem; a murder changes Phoebe and her co-workers' lives forever.

She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.
