Covid-19 has swept across the UK and Sam and Billie are both having struggles of their own. Sam has moved to Surrey to get Little Paul ready for school, and while Billie and Greg are home schooling Nelly, Arthur has become a difficult threenager.
Episode 2
Sam's on a mission to explore Surrey, starting with a school run for Little Paul. Paul's worried about losing his physical fitness after lockdown.
Episode 3
It's all change for the Shepherds. Their scampi charred kitchen is finally being renovated, meaning the family moves into nanny Sue's for the week. Sam directs a photoshoot and decides it's time to address her work/life balance. Rosie has a chance to ride again, but will she get back on the horse? Devastating news from the council may mean the dream of Billie and Greg's new house is pushed even further away.
Episode 4
It's reunion time on the Mummy Diaries. Billie travels to Auntie Sam's and excitement levels are through the roof as Nelly, Arthur, Little Paul and Rosie all finally reunite for the first time in months. The Shepherds get some good news about their house plans, finally move out of Nanny Sue's and discover their new kitchen. Sam enrols Little Paul into a summer camp as school preparations ramp up, and Billie goes all out for Nelly's sixth birthday party.
Episode 5
The Shepherds are going to Ibiza! Billie's booked for a photoshoot and Greg's come along as the begrudging assistant. Discovering life as an assistant isn't really for him, Greg pranks Billie, which ends up backfiring massively! Meanwhile in the UK, Little Paul's spending the week at Summer Camp, so Sam stays busy by launching her new clothing brand, taking Rosie dancing and meets the new baby of the family. When the week comes to an end and Summer Camp's over, are the family finally ready to send Little Paul to school?
Episode 6
The Faiers Knightleys are on a River Thames boat adventure, and with skipper big Paul at the wheel, what could go wrong? Well actually quite a lot. Sam visits the local foodbank and is emotionally overwhelmed by what she discovers. The Shepherds try to get Arthur off his milky bot bot by getting Greg to dress up as Spiderman, and both families embark on separate holidays. The Sheps head to the Cotswolds and the Faiers/Knightley chance it in Marbella. However... disaster strikes for both of them.
Episode 7
In the final episode in the series of Sam and Billie: The Mummy Diaries, the Faiers/Knightley are finally out of quarantine and Sam's keen to make up for lost time. She launches a brand-new skin product and mum Sue's along to help front the campaign. Together with her mum, Sam opens up about her battle with adult acne and how much it's affected her for years.
