Season 2
With the Yokai no longer their enemies, Usagi and the gang enjoy a short-lived peace but soon must prepare for an invasion by evil aliens.

Runaway Training
The Ki-Stone gifts Chizu, Kitsune and Gen with weapons, but they don`t know why. Usagi makes himself their sensei and trains them to use their new hear.

Game Dogs
The gang tries out a new fighting game at the arcade. Usagi vows to stop battling Yokai but later gets attacked by O-Dokuro, a Yoaki-possessed skleleton.

The Fuzzy Pony
Chizu challenges Lady Fuwa for control of the Neko Ninja Crew. Usagi and Gen plan a party for Kitsune when they learn she`s never celebrated a birthday.

Adventures in Ninjasitting
Usagi and Gen volunteer to show the ninja kids that there`s a lot more to life outside the dojo. The Bat Squadron attacks the temple.

Interdimensionals
After Kagehito warns of the coming Makkine invasion, the gang sets out to recruit the ninja and Mogura as allies. Lady Fuwa plots revenge against Chizu.

Warbotto
Kagehito needs the team`s help to retrieve a precious item. Makkine warbottos are appearing all over town... but where are they coming from?

Willow Branch
O-Dokuro leads the team to an ancient battlefield, where Usagi hopes to retrieve his ancestor`s sword to cut off the approaching invasion.

The Chizu Stands Alone
Tetsujin debuts his defensebotto but needs someone to drive it. Chizu confronts Lady Fuwa in a final fight to lead the Neko Ninja Crew.

Eggs!
Kagehito realizes what Kitsune`s pet egg really is. An ill-timed attack by the Bat Squadron leads to disaster, allowing the Makkine to invade.

Invasion!
All of Neo Edo must come together to fight as the Makkine send a giant monster and an army of warbottos through the gateway. Can the city be saved?
