At the hospital, Cruz places Marcello under guard, and Marcello says he doesn't remember what he told Cruz about the murder. Brick realises he and Amy are being followed. Mason and Gina have sex in the ambulance, and he later realises that her signature on the documents isn't valid. He then goes to try and find something at Marcello's apartment before Cruz can get there. Nick learns about Kelly's past.
