Sanya takes her family to Jamaica to celebrate Olympic gold, but ends up arguing with Shari about ownership of their hair salon, gets baby talk from Ross & surprising news from Yollie. Sanya has no off-season.

Sealed with a Kiss
Back home in Austin, Sanya struggles with her relationship with her mother-in-law. She and sister Shari fight about who runs the Hair Clinic. Shari's trouble-maker boyfriend angers mom and dad at dinner.

Running Things
Sanya focuses on building her empire and when pregnant Yollie can't keep up, Sanya interviews a replacement. Sharon packs her bags when Shari makes her Mom feel publicly unappreciated.

Speed Wobbles
Ross feels neglected as Sanya puts her work first and their relationship second. Tyrell finally makes it official with Shari but then denies it days later, causing the whole family to get involved.

Glam or Gold
Sanya happily postpones her toe procedure when Yollie books business meetings in NYC. Archie reprimands Sanya for not prioritizing running. Sanya blames Yollie's mismanagement.

Defending Gold
Sanya has her final toe surgery, she can train but she still has pain. Ross is unexpectedly cut from the Jaguars. Yollie returns to Austin, she and Sanya discuss their future. Tyrell tells Shari that he's made a decision.
