Julia and Maktuno have moved into their three-bed Victorian end terrace in Stoke Newington, east London, secured at a good price. However, years of neglect and structural decay had ravaged the entire house and they face financial ruin and a whole new floor. In Birmingham, Damion meets Matt and Becki, who have reinvented their small traditional house into a `wow factor" home with help from an architect.
