While traveling back and forth to their home in Ontario, they deal with record flooding and project delays back in British Columbia. Working to create a luxurious bedroom and ensuite inspired by the mountains, as well as a third-floor lounge that showcases the Whistler vistas, they must make the final call: will they be open in time?

Despite the roadblocks along the way, Sarah Richardson and her husband, Alex, are almost ready to open their Whistler, British Columbia, vacation rental. But the last piece of the puzzle is figuring out what to do with the self-contained apartment used as Haus Heidi's Caretaker's Suite. Complete with hot water tanks in the middle of the room, a less-than-private bathroom, and a complete lack of function, the unit desperately needs a full overhaul.
