To kick off this brand new series The Money Saving Good Health Show has an hour long diet special. Six overweight Brits are put through six off the shelf diets for 28 days. From Lean in 15 to the Paleo diet, 5:2 to the Juice diet, Lighter Life to Juicing, we'll follow their journey to see who'll shift the most weight. And this show is all about saving money! So we'll work out how much each diet costs them for every pound of weight they lose. Presented by Sian Williams and Ranj Singh.

The show continues with advice on how best to spend money on health and wellbeing. What are the fads and what really works? Presenters Sian Williams and Dr Ranj Singh investigate.

The series continues with advice on how best to spend money on health and wellbeing. Presenter Dr Ranj puts his own body under the microscope as he tries out DIY self-testing health kits, while Sian Williams investigates which is the best product to kill superbug head lice. Also, pop star Michelle Heaton talks about her former addiction to diet pills.

Episode 4
As colds, coughs and the dreaded flu swamp Britain, Sian Williams and Dr Ranj focus this week on helping to tackle winter maladies without spending a fortune.

Sian Williams tests out some high street solutions to stop snoring in a bid to get a good night's sleep. Dr Ranj looks at products aimed at preventing male pattern baldness.

Episode 6
Dr Ranj looks at a revolutionary new way to get better sleep. Sian Williams puts her brain under the microscope as she tries neurofeedback.
