Episode 1
The new series kicks off with a summer travel special. With cases of skin cancer on the rise, it's essential we use the right suncream. Sian discovers what we should be looking for on the bottle and whether cheap supermarket own bottles can offer as much protection as more expensive branded products.
Dr Ranj pulls together the ultimate travel health kit for all the family for just £26 from pain relief to inspect repellents.
We also look at travel sickness. A quarter to a third of us could suffer from motion sickness but does anything work? We look at some old wives tales and some hot off the press gadgetry.

Episode 2
This week Sian reviews some of the latest health products and gadgets set to hit the shelves. From cannabis oil to algae, as well as wearable tech to reduce stress.
With pollen season in full force, Dr Ranj gets the lowdown on the latest hay fever treatments. What are the active ingredients we should be checking for to get the best for our money?
We'll be shopping around for treatments to those embarrassing problems so you don't have to. This time, we're tackling an itchy condition that will affect one in four of us over our lifetimes: athlete's foot.
The Good Housekeeping Institute gives us allergen busting tips for around the home to combat dust mites, and not forgetting our essential weekly guide to vitamin and mineral supplements, which continues with iron.

Episode 3
Dr Ranj meets pharmacist Harsha Parmar to look at everything from natural remedies to sleeping tablets. What are the active ingredients and can they work?
Sian meets with sleep specialist Dr Sophie Bostock to look at the latest gadgetry designed to help us sleep - from a gravity blanket to a state-of-the-art speaking eye mask. All have a hefty price tag, but will any of them do the trick for our Save Money insomniac road tester?
We'll also be continuing to shop around for treatments to those embarrassing problems so you don't have to. This time we're tackling a painful condition that will effect half of us over our lifetimes: haemorrhoids.
And not forgetting, our essential weekly guide to vitamin and mineral supplements which continues with B12.

This week we're focusing on gut health - from the latest probiotics to off the shelf remedies for tummy problems.

Episode 5
A staggering nine out of 10 of us suffer with some form of gum disease. If left untreated it can cause bad breath and tooth loss. Sian meets up with dental nurse Louise Belfield to examine the hundreds of products on the market aimed at dental health, from brushes to floss toothpaste. Is it worth spending money on products tailor-made to fight gum disease or is it all in our teeth cleaning technique?

Episode 6
This week is all about skin and skin care.
Sian explores the latest trends in the multi-million pound anti-ageing industry. Alongside Melinda Dauer, a professor in biological chemistry at the University of Cambridge, she investigates what collagen, peptides and radicals actually are and the truth behind these products. Are any of them worth the hefty price tags?

Sian Williams examines self-testing kits for heart disease, cholesterol and high blood pressure, Ranj Singh discovers whether stand-up desks can help prevent back pain, and Verity Mann from the Good Housekeeping Institute offers tips on keeping the home free of mould and mildew. Plus, advice on ingrown hairs and the guide to vitamin and mineral supplements covers Omega 3.

Episode 8
Save Money Good Health comes to the end of its run with a cold and flu special.
Dr Ranj Singh pulls together his ultimate value for money cold and flu medicine cabinet, from pain relief to nasal sprays to coughs and temperatures.
Sian will investigate chronic pain such as lower back, arthritis and fibromalgia. As well as looking at the traditional medications, she'll look at heat and cold treatments as well as supplements. Can we treat this long-term condition without spending a fortune?
Verity Mann from the Good Housekeeping Institute will show how to keep your home bug free to stop cold and flu viruses spreading. She'll look at the more expensive steam cleaners, as well as sharing her top tips for keeping a germ free home whilst spending pennies.
And our Save Money guide to essential vitamins and minerals draws to a close with seasonal vitamin C and zinc.
